Linework Tattoos
Linework tattoos are made up of intricate and stable lines in an tattoo. For good linework tattoos they take a very steady hand, lots of focus, and the knowledge of how different type of skin heals when tattooing linework.
Fineline Lettering
Fineline lettering is one of our specialties. To have an empowering phrase, name of your love ones, or meaningful memories on your skin is a very precious and authentic thing someone would have. These tattoos are very challenging because each spacing and thickness of the tattoo has to be the same and it really has very little room for errors, these tattoo should be done from tattoo artist with very high precisions and steady hands.
Minimal Tattoos
If you’re looking for a small, fast, minimal tattoo. What’s better than minimal tattoos? They are great, you can do it very fast, they can be done within 1-2 hour session. Also, they look amazing when you have many together on your sleeve or body. I think many minimal tattoos on arm, aka sticker sleeve is going to be a new popular trend for a long time in the future.
Colored Tattoos
Colored tattoos are amazing and beautiful. when I see a person with many color tattoos, I feel very happy in that moment. You can’t think of anything but positivity and happiness when you see color tattoos. Each color have different thickness and viscosity, they need experienced tattoo artist that knows how to handle and apply each colors to skin. Also, each skin tones reacts to colors differently when healed, tattoo artist must know how to choose the best color combination for each skin tones and skin type.
Thai Style Tattoos
Jamie is a Thai-British tattoo artist (Thailand born) that has been growing up in Thailand and is really into Thai art, tribal tattoo histories and also every about tattoos from a very young age. One of Jamie’s style is Thai Style that is inspired from Thai Lacquer Work design (ลายรดน้ำ) used to embellish temples, pagodas, historic objects etc. This tattoo really pays homage to our Thai tradition and our ancestor’s craftmanship.
Sak Yant Tattoos
Sak Yant is a Thai traditional tattoo that holds a spiritual and cultural significance. They are associate to luck, charm, and positive attributes. “Sak” means tattoo and “Yant” means talisman
Traditionally tattooed by bamboo method, Large stick with needle attached on the end and poking on the skin.
At No More Ink Tattoo, we prefer using machine tattoo for Sak Yant Tattoo, because it has a more stable line and thinner when its healed.
Ornamental Tattoos
Ornamental Tattoo is a very broad work but if I to say briefly is “a form or pattern of a tattoo that beautifies your body that goes along with the shape and muscle form of the placement tattoo is on”
My style are similar to flames or patterns with Asian art infused style that flows on the body, they are great as a stand alone tattoo, cover up tattoo, and gap filling tattoo. I design for stencil and freehand for this tattoo.
Freehand Tribal Tattoos
This style of tattoo can also considered as an Ornamental tattoo. Also, the word “Tribal tattoo” is very broad word from Polynesian to Cyber Sigilism in my opinion can all be called Tribal tattoos, there are many tribal style in this world.
In this particular style, we are inspired from the Rabari tribe’s dot work from India, Gujarat. We only do freehand in this style drawing dot works pattern that beautifies the shape and flow on each of your placement on the body.
The freehand design part takes a lot of time because we want to have the patterns and spacing of the tattoo even. These are almost impossible to be done by applying stencil on body.
Thai Etching Tattoo
Thai art infused with European etching technique for shadowing is one of a kind tattoo style. The use of eyes in the design in one of the unique characteristic of this tattoo.
This is one of my favorite style of tattooing, it’s unique, one of a kind, and really eye catching. The surreal looking of the many eyes and small ornamental flames in the design, the Thai style character, and etching shadows uniforms and resulting a really breath taking looking kind of tattoo.
